Ashley’s the kind of person who can talk to anyone, about anything, and somehow always finds a thread of connection. Whether she’s chatting over coffee or deep in a brainstorm, her superpower is making people feel seen, heard, and part of something bigger. That drive to connect isn’t just how she makes friends, it’s how she designs. She doesn’t just build brands; she builds bridges.
A big-time daydreamer and master of “what if,” Ashley grew up living in her imagination. Pretend play didn’t stop when she got older… it just got sharper. These days, she channels that same creative spark into clean, compelling layouts and thoughtful brand experiences. Give her a prompt, and she’ll dream up a world. Give her a challenge, and she’ll teach herself whatever it takes to tackle it fully, obsessively, joyfully.
Ashley graduated from the University of Nevada’s Reynolds School of Journalism with a focus in Advertising and competed in the 2011 National Student Advertising Competition, where she helped design the printed book for JCPenney’s campaign. That was the spark—design became her passion, and she never looked back.
She deepened her craft through TMCC’s Graphic Design program before joining Custom Ink, where she spent nine years vectoring with precision, mentoring artists, and fine-tuning an artist hiring pipeline that brought fresh talent to the table. She’s quick in Adobe Illustrator, meticulous with type, and fiercely loyal to a modern aesthetic.
When she’s not designing, Ashley’s probably outside hiking, backpacking, or camping with her family. She’s also a volunteer for her daughter’s 4-H Herpetology club (they’ve got three snakes and counting) and has been known to pull a truck or two in local Strongman competitions. Yes, really.
She’s endlessly curious, wildly inventive, and the kind of person who dives deep into design, into people, into life.
