At six years old, Yana declared she’d be an artist, and meant it. Somewhere between ten years of competitive swimming, earning two degrees, and moving across the Atlantic, she never let go of that dream. Now she’s a designer with a mathematician’s brain, a fine artist’s heart, and a passport full of stories.

Yana’s design journey started early, really early. By high school, she was already interning at Stan Can Design, sharpening her production chops and soaking up every ounce of studio experience. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BFA in Graphic Design and a BS in Mathematics (because one degree just wasn’t enough). Then she packed her bags for Manchester, England, where she earned her MFA in Graphic Design and Art Direction from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2023.

Now based in the UK with her husband, two British black cats, and a baby on the way, Yana brings global perspective and local warmth to every project. She thrives on creative problem solving equal parts precision and play and has worked across industries from tourism to tech to nonprofit. If it needs a clean layout, bold concept, or just a little extra magic, Yana’s your girl.

Outside the studio, she’s most likely out exploring the English countryside, hunting down a cozy café for a cuppa, or cooking up a big pot of plov from scratch. She’s visited over 10 countries (and counting), and still finds time to sketch, hike, read, and dream up her next adventure.

Yana is a rare blend: brainy and artistic, grounded and imaginative. She doesn’t just design—she crafts with care, thinks with rigor, and makes you believe anything is possible.
