How do you take something as typically mundane as a proposal/contract and turn it into a powerful brand touch-point that actually resonates?
The CWX Proposal and Contract design was developed out of a need to stand out in the architectural space while simultaneously using the opportunity to present a portfolio of properties, targeted to either residential or commercial clients.
We also needed to articulate their brand identity throughout the proposal’s cover letter and visuals. How do you show the care that goes into the design process from concept to completion? Share the process! In this case, that meant showing a glimpse into the literal blueprints of each project, invoking the effort and care that goes into each property.
We also worked with CWX to create a document that could be edited in-house, rather than needing to request changes from us and incurring extra expense every time terms of a specific contract needed to be changed. We provided a series of covers that could be swapped out depending on the specific project and ensured all text could be edited by someone on the team.
